Class of 2025 College Application Workshops

Class of 2025, it’s your turn! Join the CGO counselors to work through your college application using the Common Application. Students typically only attend one of the workshops that are limited to 25 students per session. The Application Workshop times are listed below. 

  • Tuesday, May 28, 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
  • Tuesday, May 28, 1:00 – 3:30 pm
  • Wednesday, May 29, 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
  • Wednesday, May 29, 1:00 – 3:30 pm
  • Friday, May 31, 9:30-12:00 (virtual)

In these hands-on workshops, you will:

1) Complete the majority of your Common Application.

2) Discover more about Scoir and how it will be used during your college application process.

3) Engage in counselor-led, brainstorming activities designed to jumpstart your summer time and college essay writing efforts.

ACT Preparation Intensive Course

Prepare yourself for the approaching ACT test on 6/8/24 with Advantage Testing’s 5-Day Intensive Workshop. If you enroll in this course, you will gain the opportunity to prepare for the ACT for the five days preceding the test with your peers. The class will not only expose students to the question types presented on the test, but also provide explanations as to how to approach, 解读, and solve each of the questions in the most efficient manner.
